EJG Property Management's vast relationships with many Real Estate Web Partners and the Multiple Listing Service provides the most extensive property marketing services to our client’s properties.
Our rigorous prospective tenant checks insures great success in obtaining tenants that qualify to meet their monthly lease payments and maintenance agreements. EJG Property Management will complete the customized lease details with clients and explain lease commitment and obligations to tenants and coordinate the signing of lease agreement.
We inspect properties to deliver them in move-in condition and inspect properties when tenants are in the process of move out. As clients of EJG Property Management frequent inspections of the property will occur.
All rents/lease payments are due on a monthly basis and will be processed by our office. Complete comprehensive reports for account receivable / payable services are prepared for our clients and can be viewed or downloaded via our Web Portal. Reports can be sent by emailed or US mail if prefer.
For all our clients we like to give them peace of mind. We will handle all incoming tenant service requests and complete work quickly and professionally too keep your tenants comfortable and happy.
Our longstanding and ongoing relationship with our very close vendors will insure that all repairs and work order costs will be kept to a minimum. Our purchasing power allows us to obtain discounts and low trade labor rates which we pass the savings to you with no up-charge. As always, we will obtain the owners approval to proceed with any repairs.
EJG Property Management will insure that all of our client’s properties are in compliance with regulations, codes and laws at the federal, state and local level.
Aggressively communicate with late or non-rent / lease payments. If needed we will serve the tenant with a Demand for Rent and Notice to Quit and we will represent our client in the eviction process to remove tenants from properties for violating the terms of the lease / rental agreement.
