Once in a while a landlord faces a tenant(s) who break the contractual lease agreement. We offer Tenant Eviction Services for the landlords who need help in evicting a tenant(s). For landlords who are not currently a client of EJG Property Management we offer the following.
We begin the lawful eviction process by serving the tenant(s) with a written notice that tells them to leave by serving a Demand for Rent or and Notice to Quit.
In order to lawfully evict a The Landlord & Tenant Writ must be presented to the court after the eviction notice expires.
There is a lot of important information on the landlord & tenant writ. We make sure to follow important procedures and won’t miss a step so the process does not have to start at the beginning again. The appearance and notice of hearing is a pivotal point of the eviction process.
Raising facts as to the reason why an eviction is sought must be clear and precise with evidence.
Once granted the Writ of Possession we will follow up on the date which the Judge has issued the tenant to vacate the property by. The Sherriff will serve the writ of possession. At this point the Sheriff can legally remove the tenant(s) from the property.
All evictions are subject to the courts decisions and may require additional court dates depending on the magnitude of the case.
